Safe Clip for Hi Tie and other horse tie system

The Safe Clip - heavy-duty all metal construction. Spring clip on one end, eye, guide and adjustable tensioner for fastening a lead rope on the other end. Not included as part of the HiTie System, it is used by people not wanting to use the bungee. Can be used inside or outside a trailer, for cross ties or Hi Lines. Rope not included.
