Doublehook and loop so they stay put.
Large size only. Sold in pairs.
Measured with the edges of the neoprene just touching at the middle of where they meet is 12" circumference. They can be overlapped about 1.5" smaller.

Pro-Trainer Hind Ankle Boots

The Pro-Trainer boot has a TPR shell with a Lycra lining and Neoprene interior. Hard shell protects both sides and back of fetlock, open front. Single hook and loop strap attachment, with an additional strap covering it from the top.
