Made to order by Stablegear Tack. Stainless Steel Buckles, center dees to attach breastcollar. Poly Webbing in 3 or 4 inch widths. Soft high quality neoprene tube is stitched in place. Specify length when placing order. Please allow 2-3 weeks although some times of the year the waiting list will be shorter! These can be made with different types of buckles to accommodate wider billets! Buckles wider than 1 inch will be on 4" wide webbing. The difference between The 999WL and 999 is the WL has an extra bar to attach the webbing. The WL is NOT AVAILABLE IN A 1 3/4" WIDTH.
